Feb 04, 2012 - Apr 13, 2012 - $1600 + 12% state/county taxes
Apr 14, 2012 - Jun 22, 2012 - $1300 + 12% state/county taxes
Jun 23, 2012 - Jul 20, 2012 - $1500 + 12% state/country taxes
Jul 21, 2012 - Aug 31, 2012 - $1300 + 12% state/county taxes
* Our rental rates are based on weekly rentals and are payable in US Dollars.
* Included in our rates is cleaning upon departure, bed linens & bath towels.
* Minimum rental period is 7-days from a Saturday to a Saturday.
* Check-in is 4:00 pm and check-out is 10:00 am.
* Deposit will be forfeited if guests depart late.
